Tiffany leads workforce development and community engagement on community-driven water quality strategies and programs. Her passion flows from her belief in people’s right to clean water. She has a unique blend of experience with direct service to overburdened communities, collaborative strategic planning and environmental management systems. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Washington and earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.
