Nicole is an expert in scaling nature-based solutions for stormwater management and community resiliency. She is passionate about rallying resources, talent and partnerships to scale water and greening infrastructure and has deep expertise in operations, strategy and business development. She spent over a decade in investment management advocating for ESG solutions, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. She is a board member at Alliance for the Great Lakes, and is a member of Lambda Alpha and Professional Women in Construction.
