Monica has over three decades of experience in policy research, policy development, evaluation of public programs, and fundraising to support this work. Her research and advocacy work with government, non-profit, and academic groups has led to practical strategies to create change in fields ranging from climate resilience to criminal and civil justice reform. Recently, she was Deputy Director at the Massachusetts River Alliance, where she worked on statewide water access and equity issues.
