Julian is an environmental Attorney specializing in legislative, regulatory, and implementation issues in the water policy arena and how they impact communities who have shouldered disproportionate pollution burdens and historical disinvestment. Julian Gonzalez serves as senior legislative counsel for Earthjustice’s Healthy Communities team in Washington, D.C., where he is the lead lobbyist on water policy.
