Jorge is an environmental attorney working on litigation and regulatory matters related to PFAS pollution and climate on behalf of vulnerable communities at Georgetown's Environmental Law & Justice Clinic. Prior to joining Georgetown Law, Jorge was an Equal Justice Works Attorney at Midwest Environmental Advocates, where he advocated for safe drinking water under the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and Wisconsin’s water quality and remediation laws.
He earned a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Natural Resources Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, Jorge clerked for the Environmental Advisory Counsel of the Attorney General of Ireland and Earthjustice.
