Jessica is a passionate water leader and advocate with expertise in directing water management programs (quality, supply, use, and conservation) with equity at the center. She has experience in fostering a diverse water workforce that represents the communities served as well as in developing resources and information to advance equity in the water field. She is happy to speak specifically on rainwater harvesting, rain barrels & gardens, bilingual water education resources (Spanish and English), green infrastructure, stormwater management practices, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) in the water field. Jessica is a Certified Permaculture Designer, Certified Rainwater Harvesting Practitioner, and is also Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) and Stormwater Control Measure Inspection and Maintenance Certified.
