Angela is a dedicated advocate who works on urban flooding mitigation, coastal resiliency, and urban agriculture issues in New Orleans. As an Outreach Coordinator, she liaised for Medicaid Expansion, 'Homeless Court,' and served in public health roles. Notable accomplishments include Mayoral appointments, vice-presidencies, and Congressional testimony on ocean health. Angela is honored with awards for her 30+ years of state civil service and actively contributes to organizations like the American Public Health Association.
