Breanna is an expert in policy and legislative advocacy around public lands and water rights with a focus on achieving benefits for the Latinx community. For the past five years she has specialized in policy areas of health, education and environmental equity within marginalized communities. She is happy to discuss water boards and commissions, acequias and pre-colonial water knowledge, Western US water issues, the Colorado River, outdoor recreation access for BIPOC communities, air quality, air pollution, and multilingual language justice and access.
