Ashwin has over 15 years of experience in the water sector focusing on biosolids in water treatment, microplastics in water, intelligent water systems, and the energy-water nexus. Before joining Brown an d Caldwell, Ashwin worked as Research Program Manager at The Water Research Foundation, where he managed projects worth over $15M including grants from the California Energy Commission, U.S Department of Energy, U.S Environmental Protection Agency and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has an M.S in Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University and a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Anna University in India.
