Aria develops technical solutions with the community in mind, ensuring that current challenges are addressed while also safeguarding water resources for future generations. She discovered her passion for the water sector while earning her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering at Howard University, and attended WEFTEC in 2021 as a WEFinFlow scholar. To her, water equity is not just about distribution or access, it is a fundamental issue of justice and sustainability that resonates deeply with our shared humanity and the health of our planet. She also participates on the WEFinFLOW steering committee, and is part of both the WLI Alumni and WEFinFLOW Alumni groups.
