I practice environmental and land use law. I care deeply about ensuring equitable access to basic services and quality infrastructure. Before joining BCM Environmental & Land Law, I served as a fellow at the Center for Water Policy in Milwaukee, WI where I researched and wrote about lead service line replacement programs, federal funding for water infrastructure projects from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and offshore wind energy.
