I have been conducting research on water infrastructure funds distributed from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, specifically through State Revolving Funds. Currently, I am examining lead service line replacement programs in the Great Lakes region and how they are impacted by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
